There are emotional and social challenges of looking different and it is important to know that you are not alone. There is always someone to talk to and various support options available.

Urgent Support

If you are struggling with your mental health or having thoughts of harming yourself then please seek urgent support from the options below:

  • If you are at immediate risk or harm, please call 999 or visit your local A&E Department.

  • If someone is with you, let them know you are struggling as they may be able to help or get you help.

  • Speak to your GP at the earliest opportunity to get support.
